that I have seen on entire wrapper. I was informed at the recent Westpex
2007 that one exist on piece. Is this worth us$1,500.00 (Schuyler Rumsey
WestPex 2007 Auction)? I think so. In the late 1990's I prepared Mr. F.W.
Lange's U.S. Military Posts in the Philippines Gold Medal exhibit and this
was one of the three key missing pieces (the other two: $5 Overprint and
a Trans-Miss dollar value on cover). THIS IS A MUST FOR A PHILIPPINE
